This legal disclaimer explains what IPTV Nord does, what it does not do, and what each user is responsible for. It is part of our terms and conditions.

1. IPTV Nord does not host any content

IPTV Nord does not host, store, upload or broadcast any TV channel, movie or series. We do not run the servers the video comes from, and we do not create, edit or choose the programs.

The streams in every plan come from third-party providers, and those providers decide what is carried and when. That is why channel lists change over time, and why we describe channels by category instead of promising a specific network or event.

2. What IPTV Nord provides

We provide three things: access, a login and support.

• Access to the streams offered by third-party providers, organized in a TV guide (EPG) and a video on demand library.
• A login that works in common IPTV apps, as an Xtream Codes login, an M3U playlist link or a portal URL.
• Technical support in English and French to install apps, fix buffering and move your login to a new device.

We do not sell TV boxes, internet plans or satellite equipment. You watch on your own device, over your own internet connection.

3. You are responsible for following the laws where you live

Each user is responsible for making sure that using an IPTV service, and watching the content they choose, follows the laws where they live. You are also responsible for having the rights needed to access that content. Laws differ between countries and can change over time.

4. Trademarks and brand names

Names such as Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, Samsung, LG, Apple TV, TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and Interac belong to their owners. Interac and Interac e-Transfer are trademarks of Interac Corp. We use these names only to describe which devices, apps and payment methods work with our service. Using them does not mean that any of these companies is linked to IPTV Nord or supports it.

5. This is not legal advice

Nothing on iptvnord.ca is legal advice. Our pages, guides and blog posts give general information in plain language. If you have a question about your own rights or obligations, speak with a lawyer or a community legal clinic in your province.

6. Accuracy of the information on this site

We work to keep this site correct and up to date, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete or current at all times. Channel and title counts are approximate. App menus change when developers release updates, so a button in one of our guides may move or get a new name. Prices and plans are those shown at checkout on the day you order. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

7. Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as app stores, device makers or government sources. We add these links to help you, but we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or whether they are available.

8. Copyright questions and notices

If you own the rights to content and believe it is being made available through IPTV Nord without your permission, please send us a notice. Our DMCA and copyright notice page explains what to include and what we do after we receive it.
