Terms and General Conditions
The rules for using IPTV Nord, written in plain language: who can use the service, how payment works, what you may and may not do, and what we are responsible for.
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms and conditions are the agreement between you and IPTV Nord. By ordering a plan, asking for a free trial or using a login we send you, you accept them. Please read them together with our privacy policy.
In these terms, "IPTV Nord", "we" and "us" mean the IPTV Nord service at iptvnord.ca. "You" means the person who orders or uses the service. Payments for IPTV Nord are received by ITLOGY LLC, which is the name your bank shows.
1. What IPTV Nord provides
IPTV Nord gives you access to live TV channels and to movies and series on demand, streamed over the internet, plus help to set them up. Plans include access to about 25,000+ live channels and 120,000+ titles on demand, in HD, Full HD and 4K where available.
The streams come from third-party providers. IPTV Nord does not host, store or upload any content: we provide the access, the login and technical support. You need your own internet connection and a compatible device, such as a Smart TV, Fire TV Stick, Android TV box, phone or computer. Our legal disclaimer explains this in more detail.
2. Who can use IPTV Nord
You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement where you live. The name, email and phone number you give us must be true and your own.
3. Your account and login
We send your login by email and in Live Chat. It can be an Xtream Codes login (username, password and server URL), an M3U playlist link, or a portal URL linked to your device's MAC address.
- Your login is for you and the people who live in your home.
- You may watch on as many devices at the same time as you paid for, from 1 to 5. You can install the app on more devices, but only that number can play at once.
- Do not share or sell your login to anyone outside your home.
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under it.
If we see more connections than your plan allows, we may reset your password or pause the login until we sort it out with you.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and we accept Interac e-Transfer only. We do not take credit cards, and no card details pass through our site.
At checkout you get an order number, the exact amount and the address to send it to. Put the order number in the e-Transfer message so we can match your payment. Prices can change for future orders, but never for a plan you have already paid for.
5. No automatic renewal
Every plan is paid once, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Nothing renews by itself, and we never charge you again without a new order from you. When your plan ends, your login stops working. To keep watching, place a new order and choose Extend subscription at checkout, and we add the time to the login you already have.
6. Activation times
Most orders are activated 15 to 30 minutes after your payment arrives, during support hours: 7 days a week, 9 a.m. to midnight (Eastern Time). A payment sent at night is activated the next morning. Banks sometimes hold a first e-Transfer to a new recipient for a few hours, and that delay is outside our control. Your plan time starts when we send your login, not when you pay.
7. Free trial
New customers can ask for one free 24-hour trial with the full channel list. No payment is needed. There is one trial per person and household, and we may refuse requests that look like repeats. The trial ends by itself after 24 hours, so there is nothing to cancel. Ask for it on the free trial page or in Live Chat.
8. Refunds and cancellation
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of activation if the service does not work on your device and our support team could not fix it. Duplicate payments and orders we did not activate are refunded in full. The full rules are in our refund policy. To cancel an order, follow the steps on our order cancellation page.
9. Acceptable use
When you use IPTV Nord, you agree not to:
- resell, rent or share access, except through our reseller program;
- record, copy, rebroadcast or redistribute any stream;
- show streams to the public or in a business, such as a bar or restaurant;
- try to get around our security, test it, or overload our servers;
- use the service for anything against the law.
10. Following the laws where you live
You are responsible for making sure that using IPTV Nord, and watching the content you choose, follows the laws where you live, and that you have the rights needed to access that content. Laws differ between countries and can change. If you are not sure, get your own legal advice before you subscribe.
11. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we cannot promise that the service will always be available or free of errors. We sometimes need short maintenance windows, and we try to schedule them at quiet hours. Streams can also be affected by third-party providers, your internet provider, your Wi-Fi or your device. If a problem on our side lasts a long time, contact us and we will look for a fair solution, such as extra days on your plan.
12. Changes to channels and content
Channel lists and the movie and series library change over time, because third-party providers add, move and remove streams. We describe channels by category and do not promise that any single channel, show or sports event will be available. Use the free trial to check what matters most to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, IPTV Nord is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or missed events. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan the claim is about. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your login without a refund if you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling it, recording streams, or paying with an e-Transfer that is later reversed. You can stop using IPTV Nord at any time: simply do not renew when your plan ends.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to new orders and renewals from that date. A plan you have already paid for keeps the terms that applied when you paid, unless a change is required by law.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in another province, including Quebec, you keep any protection that the consumer laws of your province give you and that cannot be waived.
