Can I watch channels from other countries on IPTV?

Does the IPTV app decide which countries you get?

No. The app is only a player, and the channels come from your subscription. That answers two common questions at once:

• "Which app shows channels from Argentina, or Thailand?" Any good IPTV player will, if your provider carries those channels. If it does not, no app can add them.
• "How do I add Tamil channels?" You do not add them one by one. They arrive with your login, inside a group for that language or region.

Some providers sell country packs as add-ons. With IPTV Nord, every international group is part of the Full Channels package, at the same price as the shorter English Channels Only list.

Which international channel groups does IPTV Nord include?

IPTV Nord includes 10 international groups. We describe them by region and language:

How do you find a country's channels in your IPTV app?

Open the list of channel groups and pick the one for your language or region, or type a channel name into the search. Then make the list your own:

• Add favourites. Save the channels from home you watch most, so they sit together in one group. Our answer on setting favourite channels shows how in each app.
• Hide what you never watch. Some players, such as TiviMate Premium, can hide whole groups, so your guide only shows the countries you care about.
• Mind the time zones. Live channels follow their home country's clock. The morning news from Manila airs around supper time in Toronto. On channels with catch-up, you can replay a show at a better hour.

What if your country is not on the list?

Ask before you pay. Our groups cover many of the largest language communities in Canada, but not every country has its own group. Thai, Korean and Vietnamese channels, for example, do not have a separate group in our lineup.
