How do I set favourite channels on IPTV?
How do you add favourites in TiviMate, Smarters and on a MAG box?
You add a favourite from the channel's options menu, and every major IPTV app has one. Menu names vary a little between versions.

How do you sort or remove favourites?
You sort and remove favourites from the same options menu you used to add them.
- Remove a channel: open the Favourites group, hold OK on the channel and choose the remove option. On a MAG box, press F3 again to clear the star.
- Change the order: TiviMate Premium lets you move channels inside the Favourites group, so your top channels sit first.
- Hide what you never watch: TiviMate Premium can also hide whole channel groups from the guide.
- Start with a shorter list: IPTV Nord offers an English Channels Only package that is quicker to browse. See whether you can pick your own channels.
Why did my favourites disappear?
Favourites usually vanish because they are saved inside the app on one device, not in your IPTV account.
- A new TV or a new app: each device keeps its own list, so a second TV starts empty. Some apps have a backup option in their settings that copies settings to another device.
- Clear data or a reinstall: Clear data erases favourites along with your login. Clear cache is safe and keeps both.
- The playlist was added again: a deleted and re-added playlist starts from scratch. Refresh the existing one instead, as shown in how to update your channel list.
- A renamed channel: when a channel is renamed or replaced in the list, the old entry can drop out of favourites. Find it again and add it back.

Can I use the same favourites on two TVs?
Not automatically in most apps, because favourites live on each device. Set them up once on every TV, or use the app's backup option if it has one. Favourites do not change how many screens can play at the same time. That depends on your plan, from 1 to 5 devices, as explained in using one subscription on several devices.
Why is there no Add to favourites option in TiviMate?
The free version of TiviMate does not include favourites. They are part of TiviMate Premium, an optional upgrade sold by the app's developer, not by your IPTV provider, and one Premium account covers up to five of your devices. Other players, such as Smarters Pro, also have a favourites list.
